Welcome to aiPilot!
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of aiPilot, a Chrome extension/Apps that allows you to interact with an AI chatbot while browsing the internet. By using aiPilot, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use aiPilot.

  1. Acceptable Use
    You agree to use aiPilot only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not violate any applicable laws or regulations. You may not use aiPilot to:
    a. Engage in any illegal or unauthorized activities, including but not limited to, harassment, fraud, or intellectual property infringement.
    b. Interfere with or disrupt the operation of aiPilot or its servers.
    c. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of aiPilot or its systems.
    d. Use aiPilot to generate or distribute spam, malware, or other harmful content.
  2. Google APIs Terms of Service
    aiPilot utilizes Google APIs, and as such, your use of aiPilot is subject to Google’s APIs Terms of Service, available at https://developers.google.com/terms/.
  3. Compliance with AI Regulations
    You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations regarding the use of artificial intelligence, including those related to data privacy, bias, and transparency.
  4. User Content
    You are solely responsible for the content you submit to aiPilot, including instructions and any other information you provide. You represent and warrant that your content is legal and does not infringe on any third party’s intellectual property rights.
  5. Data Collection and Use
    aiPilot collects the following information:
    a. Your name and email address associated with your Google account.
    b. Your Google account information, as permitted by Google’s APIs Terms of Service.
    c. Your chatbot conversation history.
    We use this information to:
    Provide and improve aiPilot’s functionality.
    Offer personalized services and support.
    Analyze usage patterns and trends.
    Communicate with you about aiPilot and related services.
  6. Data Sharing
    We may share your information and chatbot conversation history with our affiliates and trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating and improving aiPilot. We will never sell your personal information to third parties.
  7. Opt-Out of Data Sharing
    You may opt out of data sharing with our affiliates by sending an email to aiPilot.optout@iballc.com with the subject line “Opt Out”. Please note that opting out of data sharing may limit certain features or functionalities of aiPilot.
  8. Uptime
    We strive to maintain the availability of aiPilot but do not guarantee uptime or uninterrupted service. We may experience outages or downtime due to maintenance, updates, or unforeseen circumstances.
  9. Disclaimer of Warranties
    aiPilot is provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
  10. Limitation of Liability
    To the maximum extent permitted by law, aiPilot shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of aiPilot, including but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
  11. Indemnification
    You agree to indemnify and hold harmless aiPilot and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or relating to your use of aiPilot or your violation of these Terms.
  12. Subscription and Cancellation
    aiPilot may offer paid subscriptions for additional features or functionalities. We reserve the right to cancel your subscription for any reason, including but not limited to, violation of these Terms or non-payment.
  13. Modification of Terms
    We may modify these Terms at any time by posting the revised Terms on our website or within the aiPilot extension. Your continued use of aiPilot after the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
  14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
    These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Dallas, Texas, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
